With more than 20 years experience as a casting director, Tom founded Thomas Adams Casting in 2015. Working closely with directors, producers and agents, he brings extensive experience and a strong instinct for finding the right person for each role.
He is passionate about encouraging diversity on screen and experienced at finding and nurturing new faces from all sides of the social spectrum. Sometimes this means exploring communities and street casting potential talent in the unlikeliest places, or working with trusted agents to cast outside the box.
Tom’s long-standing relationships with agents provides an extended network of talent of all kinds, including actors, models, presenters, dancers, brand ambassadors, voice over artists and children.
Combining expert industry knowledge and an intensely collaborative approach, Tom and his team work to understand the unique alchemy of each project: not just the script but the complexities of budget, location, timing and other restrictions in a constantly changing world.
The team has worked on major commercial campaigns, including for Barclaycard, Xbox, Old Spice, Starbucks, Haribo, Smirnoff & TRESemmé. In 2022, they cast their first feature film and continue to develop projects for screen.
